Back on the Bandwagon!

In more ways than one....Decided to really get a good go with this Blog! I was posting only funny things and sometimes sad things about being a mom of two! My Dad was my biggest fan literally on here and in real life! My Dad died in March though, and I have been ignoring this and so many other things in my life!

I desperately need to lose about 80lbs! NO LIE! NO JOKE! Physically I am in decent shape I can run, jump etc but the extra poundage is NO GOOD! I lost A LOT of weight after Lil Gary was born. I then got pregnat miscarried and got depressed. I gained it all and then 10 more back. I can not blame it on children! Seriously, I lost all my pregnancy weight both times in two weeks or less! This is just me! Big Fat ass me! I workout not every day which I am going to stick to doing at least 5 days of absolute hard core exercise a week right now. However, I over eat! I love food shoot me! It is amazing! I can cook like no other and I work in a freaking restaurant!

I have decided to start counting and blogging and exercising. I am going to take you all along this journey with me. I am not going to eat just to eat or because I am bored, stressed, sad or happy. I am only going to eat when I am hungry for real hungry. When I feel hungry I will drink an 8 ounce glass of water before shoving something in my mouth and be sure I am actually hungry and not just thirsty! I want to be thin, I want to be a MILF and most of all I want to be healthy and a good example for my children.

SO grab your oh shit bars people and come along....Watch me change forever!
